Boy practicing football skills

Goggle football (ages 8+)

In this hour and a half session, everyone wears a pair of our specially designed glasses that make the ball either look 5 times further away from you, or 5 times closer!

Try out your skills; this one is not to be missed.

Mini football (ages 3+)

Let your little kickers run riot with our fun filled mini football games. Perfect for your sporting superstars in the making! Parents and guardians must attend this course.

Football short course

Come and enjoy our 1 hour friendly indoor football session, where children can make new friends whilst brushing up on their football skills!

They'll have a go at quick feet drills and penalty shootouts, will learn to dribble, score and defend before testing out their skills in our mini games and matches.

Football Academy at Chelmsford Sport and Athletic Centre

An opportunity to learn some high-quality football skills in a friendly, pressure-free environment whilst having fun.

Children will learn a variety of individual skills and team tactics such as free kicks, corners, goalkeeping, play tactics, ball handling, positioning and much more!

Sibling discount 

  • We offer a 15% sibling discount when you book two siblings onto our course at the same time.  Please call the centre direct on 01245 605685 to book. 

 

  • Please ensure children wear sports clothes and trainers and do not wear jeans.
  • Suitable for all abilities. These courses are held indoors so please bring trainers; no football boots.
  • Children need to bring a non-fizzy drink and a nut-free snack with them.
