Quality Review Panel
The Essex Planning Officers Association has established the Essex Quality Review Panel, in partnership with Essex County Council Place Services. This is in addition to our pre-application service.
The Panel aims to create better places and environments to work and live in the county, by ensuring new developments are of high quality.
It does this by offering independent and impartial guidance on the design of new buildings, landscapes and public space. For strategic, major or complex schemes, the Panel can offer design advice before you submit a formal planning application.
