Planning permission enquiry
You can use our Planning Permission Enquiry form to find out if your planned works will need permission or not. You can request this advice for both residential and commercial properties.
We will provide written advice in response to your enquiry. A planning officer will respond within 20 working days of receiving your application. (Working days excludes weekends and bank holidays.)
The fee for written advice is £80.
All fees are valid until 31 March 2025.
