We offer chargeable pest control visits and treatment for residential properties in the Chelmsford area.
If the pest does not appear on our list, we do not treat it. You will need to contact a private pest control provider.
Before you book your pest control treatment, you need to check the restrictions for treating the pest.
You also need to check the preparations, and prepare your property before we arrive.
If we can’t carry out the treatment when we arrive at your property, we will charge a call-out fee.

How to book
You can only book a pest control visit by phone on 01245 606606.
To book a pest control treatment, you will need:
- your name and contact details
- the details of the property that needs treatment
- a debit or credit card to pay the correct fee
We don’t accept American Express.
Cancel your booking
If you need to cancel your booking, you should call us on 01245 606606 and ask for pest control.
You can cancel at any time, but you should give us as much notice as you can. If you cancel on the day we are due to visit, we will not refund the callout fee.
You will qualify for a reduced fee for a pest control treatment if you are receiving a means tested benefits.
