Galleywood walk
This one mile, high intensity off-road walk explores Galleywood Common, taking in the old race course.

The Galleywood walk explores paths across the beautiful Galleywood Common and takes in the old race course. In the winter, the walk takes in more paved areas as it can be muddy; during summer months the walk uses woodland paths and grassy areas.
There are some inclines and some uneven ground on this 35 to 45 minute route, making it unsuitable for buggies or wheelchairs.
Please note that, for each walk, a specific route has been agreed and risk assessed to provide the safest walking environment possible. This cannot be changed.
