Chelmsford Cycle Forum

Chelmsford Cycling Charter is promoted by the Chelmsford Cycle Forum. 

This forum meets three times a year and has representatives from local authorities as well as from public health, national charities, businesses, schools and community groups. All have an interest in cycling.
