Report a park problem
You can contact us to report a problem in a park or allotment, including:
- vandalism or damage
- someone who isn't following our guidelines
- an area that needs maintenance, or an area you think we missed something during our routine maintenance
To report a problem in a park or allotment, or if you have an enquiry, you will need:
- your name, address and contact details
- details of the issue or enquiry
Once we receive your report or enquiry, we will contact you within 10 working days to confirm what action we are taking.
You can view our land ownership map to find out if we own the land you are enquiry about.
If you want to report an issue with a toilet in a park, you can report public toilets.
