We are the Licensing Authority for the Chelmsford area, and grant licences for:

• the sale and/or supply of alcohol
• the provision of regulated entertainment
• the provision of late night refreshment

We grant:

• premises licences
• club premises certificates
• Temporary Event Notices
• personal licences

Licensing objectives
