Empty homes review
We are currently reviewing properties we have registered as empty for Council Tax. This is to support the government's aim to tackle the lack of housing nationally.
We are therefore sending out letters asking you to update us on the status of any empty homes we have registered to you.
If you receive a letter, you need to fill in and submit the online review form. We have asked a company called Capacitygrid to carry out this review for us. Capacitygrid's contact details will be on your letter.
To fill in the form, you will need:
- your unique property reference number
- your unique update passcode
- your property postcode
These details will be on your letter.
