Report a public health problem
We investigate public health reports of:
- waste build up at a property that affects other property occupiers (for example, rotting waste)
- rodent infestations at properties, due to build up of waste
To report a public health problem, you will need:
- your name, address and contact details
- information about where the problem is
- any further information that you think is relevant
- photos or evidence of the problem, if you have it
How we deal with public health problems
Once we receive your report of a public health problem, we will:
- acknowledge your report within three days of receiving it
- investigate your report and decide what action is possible
- tell you the outcome of our investigation
