On-street parking

These spaces are short stay, for a maximum of two hours and no return within two hours.

You can park in:

• Broomfield Road (CM1 1SW)
• Broomfield Road Rear Service (CM1 1SY)
• Cedar Avenue (CM1 2QH): this becomes a permit holders only area from 6pm to 11pm (Monday to Saturday) and 8am to 11pm (Sunday)
• Coval Lane (CM1 1TG)
• Railway Street (CM1 1QS): this becomes a permit holders only area from 6pm to 11pm (Monday to Saturday)
• Rainsford Road (CM1 2PZ)
• Victoria Road (CM1 1NY)
• Waterloo Lane (CM1 1BD)
• Wicks Place (CM1 2PZ)

Charges

To park in these areas, it costs:

• £0.20 for up to 15 minutes
• £0.50 for up to 30 minutes
• £0.90 for up to one hour
• £1.20 for up to two hours

Charges apply Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 6pm. These charges also apply on public holidays.

All of our on-street machines only accept contactless credit or debit cards payments or payment via MiPermit; they do not accept cash/coins or American Express.

To park in these areas, it costs:

Hutton Road, Shenfield

• One free stay per day for the first two hours only
• £2.40 for up to three hours
• £3.60 for up to four hours
• £10 for over four hours

Kings Road, Brentwood

• One free stay per day for the first 30 minutes only
• £0.80 for up to one hour
• £1.60 for up to two hours

Sawyers Hall Lane, Brentwood

• One free stay per day for the first 30 minutes only
• £0.80 for up to one hour
• £1.60 for up to two hours
• £2.40 for up to three hours
• £3.60 for up to five hours
• £4 for up to six hours
• £10 for over six hours

Charges apply Monday to Saturday, from 8am to 6pm. There is no charge on public holidays in Brentwood.

If you are a Blue Badge holder or have a motorcycle, you can park for free all day in the Brentwood areas.

If you are a Blue Badge holder, you can park for free in an on-street disabled bay. You can park for free all day unless otherwise stated on the sign by the disabled bay. You should clearly display a valid disabled person’s badge and time clock, or we will issue a parking fine (Penalty Charge Notice).
